Designed and folded March 2016 from one uncut 30cm x 30cm square sheet of elephant hide.

Inspired by Tomoko Fuse's spiral shells. Designed for an upcoming exhibit. I've been working on this design for a while, and overall I am very happy with it. The references are very simple, but the collapse is a bit challenging. I will consider teaching this design at the OUSA convention this year!
